Luc Lafond

Operations Manager and HSE coordinator

Luc Lafond is the Operations Manager and HSE coordinator at Simcoe Geoscience Limited. Throughout his 12 years in the environmental, mining and exploration industries, Luc has worked on projects in Canada, the United States, South America, Middle East and Europe.

He is responsible for geophysical field survey design, implementation, and management of geophysical field investigations required for work. Participates in day to day geophysical field activities, including data collection and pre-processing. Actively supports and upholds the Company’s stated vision, mission and values. Supervises all field personnel and subcontractors during onsite SGL geophysical activities. Serves as a field lead supporting Project Managers, Technical Managers, and Senior Geophysicist on proposing, planning, and delivering geophysical related projects.
